EXPLANATORY NOTES ON FEES & DEPOSITS

All fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of each term. They are inclusive of exercise books, textbooks, workbooks etc.

A refundable Building Loan deposit is to be paid upon the enrolment of a child in the school. This deposit will be refunded when the child leaves the school permanently. One month's notice of this intention should be given in writing.

Fees and deposits are payable in advance in accordance with the status of the child in the school. The status of, first child, second child, etc in the school will be according to the biological age, and not according to the date of registration or enrolment.

A. DEPOSITS

1. Building Loan Deposit

   The school collects a refundable Building Loan Deposit upon enrolment, as scheduled below:

   Students registered with the school, pending enrolment are to pay partial Loan Deposit as follows :

   First Child	RM2,500.00
   Second Child	RM1,500.00
   Third Child	RM1,000.00

   The partial Loan Deposit has to be made up to the respective full Loan Deposit upon enrolment.

   Students on wait list {not registered} are to pay a deposit of RM500.00 which has to be made up to the respective required Loan Deposit upon registration or enrolment.

   Rejection of an offer for registration or enrolment will incur a forfeiture of this deposit. Withdrawal before an offer does not incur forfeiture.

2. General Deposit

   A general Deposit of RMl00.00 is payable by all students who are either registered or enrolled with the school. It will only be refunded if the child leaves the school after more than a year, if a child withdraws or leaves before a year it will be forfeited.

3. Commitment Deposit

   Students who wish to proceed from one level to another, ie Kindy C to Tahun 1/Grade 1, Tahun 6/Grade 6 to Tingkatan I/Grade 7 and Tingkatan III to Tingkatan IV have to pay a Commitment Deposit. The amount payable is equivalent to one [1] term's fee for that level.

   The Commitment Deposit will be credited to the students' first term fee upon enrolment.

   The Commitment Deposit will be forfeited should the child decides to withdraw.

   Note :-

   It is the policy of the School Commitee to regard all Deposits as restricted funds not to be considered for operating purposes. It is the intention to apply these funds to debt reduction and capital items.

1. Assessment Fee

   A student who has to sit for a written assessment test for entry into the school, has to pay an assessment fee of RM100.00 which is non-refundable.

2. Entrance Fee

   An entrance fee of RM150.00 for Kingdergarten/Primary stream and RM200.00 for Secondary stream is payable at the time of enrolment.

3. School Fee

   Termly school fees are due for payment the first two weeks of each term. There are four [4] terms per year. The amount payable per term is as follows:

   Tahun 6	RM650.00 per term

   Expatriate Stream :

   Grade 1	RM650.00 per term
   Grade 2	RM688.00 per term
   Grade 3	RM725.00 per term
   Grade 1	RM763.00 per term
   Grade 5	RM800.00 per term
   Grade 6	RM838,00 per term
   Grade 7	RM1200.00 per term (minimum 5 students)

   Half term fees are chargeable for less than half term stay and Full fees are chargeable for more than half a term stay in the school.
